Great service.

This was my first experience with Fincastle Automotive. However, my son always uses them for his vehicle needs and referred me to them. All of them were so friendly and nice to work with and installed a new battery for me. Not only were they wonderful to work with, but the place was so clean and nice. Most garages that I've been to were not all that clean. That meant a lot to me. I feel that their rates were good and I would recommend others to them for service.

Excellent experience, all the way around. Timely repairs, under quoted cost. Maintained excellent communication throughout process, including sending me pictures of what they discovered. Would not hesitate to bring all of my vehicles here. Thank you!

This is one of the best run business's I've ever seen! They are very professional but also caring, patient, and understanding. Their work is always the best. The prices might be higher than others around, but it's worth it for the peace of mind. Plus, if available, they will give you a loaner car until your car is finished!
