I had a sudden issue that was covered by my manufacturer's warranty, but the dealer couldn't "get me in" for WEEKS. I couldn't afford to wait, so I called Will & Randall. They were able to get my car into the shop & diagnosed in two days. Their diagnosis was exactly correct, even though the dealership initially discounted their findings. The work that they noted was needed & I was able to avoid any additional damage to my powertrain before it was fixed. As soon as my manufacturer's warranty expires, I'll be using Fincastle Automotive exclusively!!
