I have a 1990 Mazda Miata that was due for annual inspection. I initially took it to a competitor for the work but they refused service. I brought my car to Fincastle and immediately there was a difference. ASE certified mechanic for one, not some shade tree wannabe who guessed at the problem. I was explained the diagnostic process and their methodologies and was very impressed and gained complete confidence in their business. Fincastle Automotive diagnosed my issue, found the parts needed to resolve the issues and all for very reasonable rates. I am delighted at the resolution and will be servicing my automobiles there from now on.

So professional and knowledgeable. I know that when they're working on my car, it will be done right, not halfway or poor quality. I love that they send you a link to see everything that's going on with your vehicle and explain it in such a way that I understand it. Doesn't hurt that they're as nice as can be also.
