The guys here are awesome! Willing to help in an emergency situation, very kind and thorough in their work. They also give a "loaner" vehicle, when needed. The garage is a bit out of my way, but I feel it is worth the extra miles in order to find someone trustworthy to service my vehicle.

Randall and company make you feel like part of their family. Truly local and do great work. Also help out when you are 'in a pinch'. Every town could use a similar independent auto repair business like Fincastle Automotive.

The guys got me in on time and the work done quickly(I was waiting). They found a few problems that I hadn't noticed and fixed them while the other items were being taken care of. Fair pricing and on time work, a great shop to deal with!!!
