The staff takes the time to listen to me the customer problem on the BMW and provided a solution that worked for both of us. I trust Fincastle Automotive to provide for my vehicle anytime.

Never , Never have I seen a establishment from start to finish treat customers with such respect and fairness. Very knowledgeable and informative . They go the distance to really explain and also listen with sincere interest . The shop was very organized and clean. And a complimentary nice ride to use while yours is being taken care of. Took my truck to get a pinion seal. GM decided to put numerous years of rear ends in the 2002 s 10 s. But they figured it out and Randall let me know they would be a lil late on getting it done and offered to give me a courtesy vehicle but I didn’t need it, but very few shops will care enough to even offer that service but they will and do. Thanks to the great mechanics there and Randall. It got done. And it’s not leaking any more. Thanks guys at Fincastle Auto. I appreciate you guys.
