Great service, friendly and courteous!

As the owner of an aging car that I have tried very hard to take good care of with regular maintenance, I have had some challenges over the past two years with my 2007 Buick LaCrosse. Will and Randall have been very up front and honest about some of the issues that have arisen with my vehicle. As an older, single woman, on a fixed income, I was rather skeptical in the beginning, but all of the concerns that they had turned out to be legitimate and I was very lucky in that I did not get stranded out of state. They have been open and honest with me, and communication between us is done in an efficient and timely fashion. I am very happy with their care and maintenance of my vehicle.

very friendly and down home honest people, they do great quality work. you couldnt ask for a better place to take your vehicle in botetourt county. Will is very professional and is very knowledgeable about cars and their problems. plus they go over your car and check it out and let you know if there is any problems with your vehicle, and send you a check up via email or text. the mechanics are very friendly and always speak to you. just a bunch of great qualified highly trained great people to deal with .

Another great service by the friendly staff at Fincastle Automotive. Quickly diagnosed issue with my 2006 Tacoma and gave reccomended actions that were reasonably priced and able to be completed by the next day. Will keep going there for future service.

Was traveling when my alternator died. The gentlemen at Fincastle Automotive made sure I was back on the road safely and quickly. They even gave me a list of suggestions for my vehicle, they did not try to con me into anything that wasn't an immediate issue. I have taken my car to Fincastle Automotive several times. The office is very neat and clean, the people are friendly and informative and the service is very quick. I especially like how they inform me of whats going on with my car. They let me know what needs to be done and of things to keep my eye on. A picture is usually taken of the area that needs attention so I can actually see where the problem is and the extent of the problem. I would definitely recommend Fincastle Automotive.

Facility is clean and orderly in the work area and waiting room. Car was finished when promised. Will, who handles phone calls and the desk is very pleasant. We're always pleased with the work they do here.
