Employees were very nice and very flexible with ways to assist customers. Was able to drop my car off and see what was wrong from the comfort of my living room with the amazing link that includes pictures, and videos. I was also able to pay over the phone and pick my car up after hours when it was convenient for me. First time using this shop and I was very impressed.

This is the ONLY place I will bring my car! I live in downtown Roanoke, and have had trouble with every shop I have brought my Challenger to in the valley. Randall and the guys at Fincastle Auto are the only mechanics I trust with my ride, and they always provide fabulous service. They are knowledgeable, kind, caring people who genuinely want what’s best for you AND your car. They are timely with their work, accurate and fair with their pricing, and never hesitate to answer any question you have! Even if you live farther away, this place is WORTH THE DRIVE. You can’t beat amazing, hard working, honest mechanics. I would rate higher if I could.
