If you need your vehicle worked on, this is the place to go. These guys will take the best care of you and your vehicle. I could not ask for better service.

Everyone there is friendly, treat you as if you have been friends for years. They go over your vehicle from front to back and make files and pictures of what maybe wrong. Explain the issue while showing the picture to you. Even look up parts and price. I recomend visiting them and take advantage of the friendly and professional personnel.

Though my vehicle is new love the fact they let me know what maintenance needs to be done at certain times during my use of the vehicle. I don’t have time to read the ridiculous maintenance/Warranty book that dealerships give you. Fincastle Auto helps you with that so you have the choice of how well you want to maintain your vehicle.

Good work and they are honest. No bs that means a lot. I do most of my own work, but when its something I cant handle I call them.

I have had two great experiences having my company vehicle serviced at Fincastle Automotive. I had my oil changed and during the complimentary multi point inspection Randall noticed that my rear brakes were in need of replacement. A few weeks later we set up a time to replace. The waiting room is very nice, enjoyed a bottled water while I waited.
