Had a stocked Keurig machine...who does that anymore? Diagnosis performed and repair made exactly as expected. Only surprise was the detailed and organized courtesy check. Excellent way to anticipate and plan for future service needs. Detailed pictures accompanied each recommended service. Very professional and I am already recommending to friends.
