Good work and they are honest. No bs that means a lot. I do most of my own work, but when its something I cant handle I call them.

As always, the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Maintenance work was performed promptly at a very reasonable price and recommendations given for needed maintenance in future months.

I have had two great experiences having my company vehicle serviced at Fincastle Automotive. I had my oil changed and during the complimentary multi point inspection Randall noticed that my rear brakes were in need of replacement. A few weeks later we set up a time to replace. The waiting room is very nice, enjoyed a bottled water while I waited.
