I had a breakdown on I-81 in the middle of the day. I learned about Fincastle Automotive by asking some of the locals. Luckily I was able to limp over to their location, a slow drive of a few miles. In spite of their busy schedule, they were willing to put my vehicle on the lift immediately and go to work. They finished the repair in short order, and I was (very gratefully) back on the highway within an hour or two.

They are a bit costly but the one thing this far my vehicle is fixed correctly the first time. So I guess you get what you pay for. They did a great job on my vehicle.

The guys here are top notch. Everyone was extremely polite and engaging. One of the nicest and well appointed waiting areas I’ve seen outside a car dealership. Prices are fair and repairs are quick. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment and left car. Work was completed sooner than expected. The car was clean, no grease or dirt left by mechanics (a problem elsewhere). Prices were reasonable. Happy to do business with Fincastle Automotive.
