I had run up on a screw and punctured a tire and was able to call a buddy who also recommended Fincastle Automotive Inc. I showed up shortly before opening hours and met with Randall who immediately made me comfortable in that he would take care of the situation. The hospitality during the experience was awesome. The comfort of the waiting room, organized staff and speed in which how fast I was in and out impressed me. My Toyota is brand new and they took the time to check all fluids, air pressure and generally a complete overview of the exterior as well. I will continue to recommend Fincastle Automotive Inc. Great experience this morning and still made it to work on time.

Excellent place to have your vehicle serviced!

Great place to bring your vehicle for quality. The shop is transparent and will suggest additional service if needed with pictures. I worked for years as a maintenance planner and can easily spot a fake mechanic. Nothing but smiles and actual accurate honest information from these guys. I trust them.
