The integrity the boys at Fincastle have is hard to come by in the auto industry. Randall was extremely helpful when my truck broke down on 81 and needed to be towed. It got towed to a neighbors property where it was towed again. He was able to track it down and recover my truck and I have never even been one of his customers.
