I had a great experience with Fincastle Automotive. They were courteous, accommodating, called me with information as they said they would and were very easy to work with. They also had recommendations for my car, just gave me important information about what should be watched and may need to be done in the future but were not pushy at all about getting it done with them or at the present time. They were very helpful and I was very comfortable talking with them.
