This is a great neighborhood business offers convenience for those in the Fincastle/Springwood/Buchanan area.

We really appreciate all the help we have been given. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We got hit with a large amount of things wrong and you all helped us out a tremendous amount.

Spoke with Jeff's wife. She said this business was quick. They did a good job on the work and the personnel were courteous. She is satisfied with the service she got from them.

Oil change & inspection. Worked performed on time and as specified. Most importantly, these guys work neat. Didn't have to spend hours de-greasing car after they finished.

I took my Jetta TDI to the dealership last July. It needed several items. Including it was shaking at rest too hard. They said it was nothing. We took it to Fincastle Automotive in March only 8 months after the dealership. Fincastle A was able to tell me and replace my cam shaft. The car does not shake now. Thanks to them they saved my car. A cam shaft is $900 to replace. Its an older car 2006 with over 150,000 miles so I expect it's time for some major repairs. But if the Cam shaft would have broken or went longer it would have done a number on my engine. Not sure if that repair bill would have been worth it on my old car. But I love my car. It is paid for. So thanks guys for saving it. I feel safe now driving it. thanks Lara
